Pioneer Park, South Coast Highway
It’s that time of year again! I hope you are well rested and stocked up. Welcome to those new stall holders– it is wonderful to have you at the Walpole Market.
All dates are on Saturday 9am-1pm. Set up is from 7.30am. To avoid disappointment and the inconvenience of moving your stall, please wait for the allocation of your stall site before setting up.
All stalls are required to have their own insurance. A copy of your insurance policy will need to be supplied to the organisers. Please keep stalls neat and tidy at all times.
Food permits are required for the all food products I.e. jam, cakes, pickles etc.
These permits are available from your local Shire and need to be displayed at all times. Failure to have your food permit on display will result in an inability to hold your stall.
Cars can be driven on to the park for unloading only. Please remove all vehicles by 8.30am.
Emergency Procedures and First Aid
All stallholders and market customers are asked to gather immediately in front of the toilet block in case of any emergency.
A basic first aid kit will be available from the organiser. Please direct and support customers in the event of any accidents.
Stalls are generally $20 per 3m x 3m bay- except for the Artisan and Easter market.
Bookings can be made by ringing Walpole Nornalup Visitors Centre on 98401111 or firstname.lastname@example.org
The organisers of the Walpole Markets reserve the right to refuse any stall holder for whatever reason.
